Repairs
The Association has responsibility to keep in good repair and proper working order any installations provided by the Association.
Tenants are responsible for keeping the interior of the Premises in good and clean condition. Tenants must not make changes to fixtures and fittings without permission of the Secretary.
Tenants are not permitted to decorate all internal parts of the Premises. It is the responsibility of the Association to keep them in good decorative order.
General Repairs
All electrical and plumbing repairs must be carried out by the MDHA-approved contractors.
General maintenance of the site is carried out by the MDHA-approved contractors.

MDHA is registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 on charitable rules, and is registered under the Homes and Communities Agency Registration No. L1031, and also as a member of the Homes and Communities Agency
