Our History
MDHA was formed in 1969 by a group of local people concerned about the lack of housing to rent in Marlborough and its surrounding villages for people of retirement age who were not otherwise catered for.
As a non-profit-making housing association, MDHA is registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 on charitable rules, and is registered under the Homes and Communities Agency Registration No. L1031, and also as a member of the Homes and Communities Agency.
