The aim of the Association is to provide accommodation for persons, over the age of 55, who can live independently and have a genuine need for social housing, and have links with the area.

The Association owns and administers 16 self-contained flats in two purpose-built two-storey blocks, built in the late ’60’s, surrounded with beautiful grounds containing a delightful Summer House for communal use.



The accommodation is for rent only with maintenance of the buildings and grounds and use of a laundry included in the rent.

There is very limited car parking on site and no allocated spaces or garages.

No pets are allowed.

The delightful gardens offer residents the opportunity to enjoy gardening if they wish.  The rear garden has space for residents to grow vegetables.



10 The Green is within easy walking distance to the delightful High Street of Marlborough.

Repairs

All electrical and plumbing repairs must be carried out by the MDHA-approved contractors.  General maintenance is carried out by the MDHA-approved contractors.  Please contact the Secretary if you have any requirements.
